Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Pilates Studio Manager at Pure Vida Pilates & Wellness. The Studio Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing the studio staff, handling customer inquiries, driving sales, and coordinating project management tasks within the studio.

Qualifications

• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Team Leadership skills
• Sales and Project Management skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and remotely - will need to be onsite minimum 3 mornings and one evening
• Experience in the fitness industry is a plus
• - self starter - bonus based on sales growth
• - strong social media-reels experiemce - manage leads,and drive sales
• follow up with current and past clients to sssist in clients fitness journey
