Global Process Management is looking for student worker to assist the team.

Welcome to Global Process Management

This role is part of Global Process Management and serves as the center of excellence for process technology in Process and Product Development. It has a substantial business impact across all Operations, acting as the Global PMG with an emphasis on all businesses involving living active bacteria.

Global Process Management oversees all manufacturing sites within Operations and coordinates with various cross-functional interfaces in the culture value chain, such as Commercial Development, Innovation, QC, IT, Global Engineering, and Corporate Quality Management.

In This Role You’ll Make An Impact By

Assisting Global Process Management with relevant data analysis by extracting data from SAP or SAP BusinessObjects and processing it so others can interpret it.

Main Assignments

  • Data analysis: data extraction and interpretation in e.g., Excel / Python.
  • Weekly updating of SharePoint.
  • Follow up on implementation flows.
  • Ad hoc tasks.

The position is one day a week (8 hours) with the possibility of more hours depending on demand and will mainly take place at either our office in Hørsholm or Avedøre.

To Succeed You Must Hold

  • Have at least 3 years left of your studies within in a relevant field (e.g., biotechnology, chemical engineering, or food/life science.)
  • Programming experience in either Python, Rstudio, and/or MATLAB.
  • Confident working in Excel
  • Experience working in a laboratory.
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
  • Are structured in your work, good at learning new systems, and at managing your time.
  • Have strong communication skills and a curious attitude.
