We are looking for an Intern or Working Student to join our Sales / Account Management Department. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer relationship management and sales processes while working with a global team at the forefront of open source technology. Responsibilities Help maintain and update our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Support the Sales and Account Management team in day-to-day tasks, including data management and analysis. Lead qualification: evaluating potential customers to determine their likelihood of becoming customers, based on specified factors. Assist with preparing proposals, contracts, and sales presentations. Conduct market research and analyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, engineering) to ensure seamless customer interactions. Provide administrative support for sales activities and campaigns. Requirements Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Interest in sales, account management, or customer success, previous experience through internships or projects is welcome, but not essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools (e.g., Google Workspace); experience with CRM software is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team. Fluency in German as well as in English essential, other languages beneficial. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Hands-on attitude and willingness to make a contribution.
