Are you a marketing leader who thrives on energy, creativity, and building next-gen brands? Join us in launching Poland’s boldest challenger to Red Bull — a new oral dissolvable energy strip changing how students fuel their day.

We’re looking for someone to recruit, train, and manage our national team of Student Brand Managers (SBMs). You’ll lead grassroots marketing across campuses, spark creative campaigns, and turn trial into habit and habits into sales.

🔧 Your Role

• Recruit and onboard SBMs in Poland’s top student cities
• Lead a team of 15–50 student reps, helping them plan activations and viral campaigns
• Track performance: content, events, retail reach, feedback loops
• Support local partnerships: vending, gyms, student orgs
• Align with our Growth Team to scale Poland’s most exciting wellness brand

🧠 What You Bring

• 2+ years managing brand ambassadors, influencer programs, or field teams
• Strong project management & communication skills
• Polish fluency, good English, and cultural fluency with Gen Z/student life
• Experience in youth marketing, FMCG, or digital campaigns (a big plus)

💰 Compensation

• 6,000–8,500 PLN/month + quarterly bonuses (up to 20%)
• Monthly campaign + team budget
