• Lead multiple projects that vary in size and complexity
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior design teams
• Develop strong client relationships and engage in business development

Required Qualifications:

• California SE License
• 12+ Years of building design experience
• Master's degree in Structural Engineering
• Proficient with structural engineering principles
• Must possess strong project management and technical skills
• Strong client relationship experience and the ability to manage multiple complex projects
• Demonstrated high-level of self-leadership with attention to detail, multi-tasking, and prioritization of responsibilities in a dynamic work environment

• Experience with DSA & OSHPD
