Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced building Structural Engineering Project Manager to lead and manage structural engineering projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management and structural building design for University, retail, and other commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of structural engineering projects.
• Develop and review structural designs using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success.
• Conduct cost estimation and feasibility studies for proposed projects.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Prepare and present project proposals and reports to stakeholders.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Structural Engineer (S.E.) certification preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in structural engineering and project management.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is required.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and construction management practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in infrastructure development and cost estimation is a plus.
