Responsibilities

• Structural calculations, design analysis and preparation of construction documents for a wide variety of building structures and construction materials.
• Perform construction related services including shop drawing review, response to requests for information, and structural site inspections.
• Collaborate with architects and contractors on design and construction of building projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (Masters preferred), with a focus in Structural Engineering
• 2 or more years structural engineering experience.
• FE certificate required
• PE or SE license preferred
• Must have experience designing structural systems and producing design documents for buildings in Revit and/or AutoCAD. Experience with Revit strongly preferred
• Experience using structural software such as RAM Steel, RAM Elements and ENERCALC, etc.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills required
