As a Structural Engineer, you’ll be involved in both conceptual and detailed design phases, working on technically complex structures that push your creativity and problem-solving skills to the next level.

🛠 What you’ll do:

• Deliver accurate and innovative structural designs for maritime projects;
• Perform calculations and verifications, and support FEA activities (experience with Ansys is a plus);
• Collaborate closely with project managers, fellow engineers, and stakeholders;
• Work in a dynamic team on projects ranging from floating units to complete vessel structures;
• Assist in planning, quality checks, and technical documentation;
• Support junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, knowledge-sharing culture.

✅ What you bring:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marine Technology or equivalent;
• Around 3–5 years of relevant structural engineering experience;
• A pragmatic, structured, and accurate mindset;
• Proficiency in English (Dutch is a plus);
• Stakeholder management skills and a hands-on, proactive attitude;
• Living in the Netherlands or willing to relocate.
