Required experience & education

• Bachelors degree
• State of Florida Licensed Professional Engineer
• 10+ years of experience in A/E industry with a focus on Structural design
• Experience preparing graphic and written construction documents.
• Experience leading or directing site visits to various facility types, assessing the existing structural infrastructure.
• Experience in Senior Living, Healthcare, Multifamily projects, including new construction and renovation projects
• Experience with Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA) as it relates to healthcare design
• Experience with AutoCAD 2021 & Autodesk Revit 2021
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
