1) Title: Structural Engineer

Qualification:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's degree preferred).

· Experience:

o Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on residential and commercial properties.

o Proficiency in structural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, or similar tools.

· Licenses/Certifications:

o Professional Engineer (PE) license is strongly preferred.

o EIT certification required if PE is not obtained.

· Strong knowledge of local and national building codes (e.g., IBC, ASCE).

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

2) Title: Senior Structural Engineer

Qualification:

· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on structural engineering; Master's degree preferred.

· Professional Engineer (PE) license is required

· At least 5 years of progressive experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.

· Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., RISA Suite, 3D Foundation, Section, Connection)

AutoCAD) Some Revit experience preferred but not required.

· Strong knowledge of structural engineering codes and standards (e.g., AISC, ACI, ASCE).

· Exceptional problem‐solving and analytical skills.

· Effective communication and leadership abilities.

· Project management experience is a plus.

3) Title: Director of Structural Engineering

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required; SE license preferred.

Director of Structural Engineering

• Minimum 10 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.

• Strong technical expertise in structural analysis, design software, and construction practices.

• Excellent leadership, team management, and mentorship skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Strong communication and client relationship management skills.

• Business development experience is a plus.
