Responsibilities

Input structural layouts into Revit models

Perform beam, joist, and footing sizing

Tag structural elements and reference drafting views

Cross-reference structural details to framing and foundation plans

Use Excel-based lateral load spreadsheets to perform seismic calculations

Coordinate with our senior engineer for QA/QC

Qualifications

Strong working knowledge of wood-framed construction

Proficient in Revit, Enercalc, and Excel

Able to read architectural and structural drawings

Understand basic U.S. residential construction principles (California Building Code knowledge is a plus)
