Loom Solar is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Stringer Operator to operate and maintain solar cell stringing machines. The role involves assembling solar cell strings with precision, monitoring machine performance, performing basic troubleshooting, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the stringer machine to connect solar cells into strings as per standard process.
• Inspect cell strings for defects and maintain production quality.
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Report any equipment issues or production deviations to supervisors.
