Contract Duration: 8 Months

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of Strategy and Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Project support and organizational skills.
  • Strong experience with risk and control assessments.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel for data analysis and project plans.
  • Strong skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, outlook, etc.
  • Consultant type mindset – BIG 4 experience preferred but not necessary. If no big 4 experience, must have large financial institution exp.
  • Great communication and personality.
  • Controls/business side risk.
  • Small piece of day to day is meeting minutes and some admin work.
  • Data work and project management/ analysis.
  • Time management skills

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Financial Crimes and RCSA.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Strategy and Planning.
  • Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Strategy and Planning challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
  • Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
  • Support project deliverables by executing project plans, helping to organize key items, scheduling meetings, and record minutes.
  • Collaborate with business and control teams.
  • Support RCSA assessment work.
  • Review compliance requirements to determine applicability.
  • Identify controls to mitigate risk.
