Overview: We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Strategy & Operations Manager to drive affiliate marketing growth and support business innovation initiatives. This regional role will play a key role in enhancing affiliate marketing business value propositions and operations across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Affiliate Marketing Strategy & Operations (Regional Role)
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive affiliate revenue across multiple markets.
  • Identify, pitch, and acquire new affiliate partners through well-crafted business proposals and negotiations.
  • Leverage data-driven analysis to assess and optimize the existing affiliate marketing program and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with local marketing teams to develop compelling pitch decks and assess business proposals for affiliate partner acquisition.
  • Lead end-to-end affiliate partnership launches, ensuring smooth onboarding and alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, leading negotiations and optimizing collaboration.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the affiliate marketing program, including campaign planning, performance monitoring, reporting, and relationship management.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams such as Finance, Marketing, Product to execute strategic plans and product enhancements that strengthen affiliate marketing value proposition.
  • Business Innovation & Strategic Initiatives
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, conducting in-depth market analysis to identify revenue opportunities.
  • Support execution of strategic projects, leveraging data-driven analysis to assess business impact, trade-offs, and dependencies.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives to drive business growth across markets.

Experience & Background

  • This role is ideal for someone looking to drive impact at the intersection of affiliate marketing, partnerships, and business innovation in a dynamic and high-growth environment.
  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting and/or strategic partnerships, with exposure to affiliate marketing and at least 1-2 years of hands-on operating experience.
  • Strong track record in building and scaling strategic alliances and driving revenue growth through innovative business models.
