Role Overview:
The Manager of Strategy will support the Head of Strategy/Founders in crafting and executing strategic initiatives, improving process efficiencies, and exploring new business ventures. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in consulting from top-tier firms, and have experience in building strategies and delivering operational improvements preferably in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth across verticals
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, including potential new locations and businesses
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making
- Create detailed business cases for new projects and initiatives
- Process Excellence: Lead process improvement initiatives that streamline operations and enhance overall performance.
- New Business Initiatives: Support the identification and execution of new business opportunities, focusing on innovative solutions that drive growth.
Business Operations
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and enhance customer experience
- Develop KPIs and performance metrics to track business success
- Monitor project milestones and ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives
- Create and maintain financial models to assess project viability and ROI
- Data Analysis: Analyse market data and trends to inform strategic decision-making and provide actionable insights.
