We’re a diverse, tight-knit team of experienced consultants, strategists and venture builders, and we’re looking for a thoughtful, curious, and ambitious Consultant to join us on our next stage of growth.

The Role

You’ll collaborate with partners and clients across sectors – from Philips to Ford, to BT – shaping the future of healthcare, personal health, beauty, wellness, mobility and beyond.

What you’ll do

• Develop growth and innovation strategies with client teams
• Lead ideation, market sizing, prototyping, and real-world validation
• Take ventures from first sketch to first customer
• Shape business models and go-to-market strategies
• Deliver structured analysis and compelling stories through deliverables
• Work directly with C-suites at corporates, scale-ups, and everything in between
• Bring clarity to ambiguity and help clients navigate change
• Contribute to a collaborative culture where we all grow and build together

Who we’re looking for

You’ve got 2+ years in strategy consulting (Big 4, MBB, top boutiques), in-house strategy or a startup setting. You’re looking for more creativity, more ownership, and more meaningful challenges.

Practical details

• Location: London-based, with hybrid flexibility (up to 2 days remote)
• Travel: Occasional travel across the UK, Europe, and US 
• Compensation: Competitive salary + profit share + rapid progression
