Location: Alameda, CA (Onsite 3 days/week required) Duration: 7 months Duties: Strategic Roadmapping: Collaborate with the Client's Group Product Lead to define and prioritize a multi-phase roadmap for a major AEM CMS-led website unification initiative. Ensure alignment with overall business growth objectives. Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with stakeholders across product, design, engineering, regional teams, and external agency partners to drive cohesive digital experience delivery across channels. Feature Scaling & Reuse: Lead scalable and governed implementation of Ecommerce and diverse content types within the AEM environment, ensuring efficiency and reusability of components. Skills: Expertise in strategic planning and digital product lifecycle management Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), particularly within CMS and Ecommerce use cases Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement abilities Proven ability to translate complex technical initiatives into clear business value propositions Experience: 7+ years in a strategy consulting or digital product strategy role Demonstrated success in large-scale web unification or digital transformation programs Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives involving AEM or similar CMS platforms Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree in a related field preferred Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00/hour to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
