About the Role
The Strategy Analyst will bring their experience in consulting and the insurance industry to support the development of strategy discussions and materials for prospective customers and partners. The ideal candidate will bring analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and a collaborative mindset to help craft compelling materials and insights that demonstrate the value of our AI solutions. This role works closely with sales, product, and marketing leadership.
What You'll Do...
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and strategy teams to develop persuasive presentations, whitepapers, and proposals for prospects in the insurance industry.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the insurance and insurtech landscapes.
* Synthesize claims performance data into clear, actionable insights that support business development efforts.
* Partner with executive leadership to prepare materials for strategic meetings, conferences, and industry events.
* Support marketing by managing the tactical & logistical execution of ongoing marketing activities and efforts, such as campaigns and conferences/events.
* Provide ad hoc strategic analysis and recommendations as required to support growth initiatives.
What We're Looking For...
Required
* At least 3 - 4 years of insurance consulting experience at a top-tier consulting firm (Deloitte, McKinsey, BCG).
* Strong understanding of insurance operations, claims management, and the challenges facing insurance carriers.
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex information into key insights.
* Proven track record of creating impactful client-facing materials, such as presentations, reports, and proposals.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling and data visualization.
* High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
Preferred
* Experience in insurtech or technology-driven solutions for the insurance industry.
* Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and their applications in claims management.
