Job Description

• Collaborate with senior leadership to define and refine transformation strategies. Ensure that projects align with the organization's long-term goals and overall business strategy.
• Lead change management efforts by preparing the organization for new processes and systems. This includes developing communication plans, training programs, and support structures to facilitate smooth transitions.
• Prepare and deliver detailed presentations to provide updates on project progress.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking activities, leveraging findings for strategic planning.
• Act as the bridge between various departments, ensuring effective collaboration and communication. Work closely with key stakeholders to gather input, address concerns, and secure buy-in for transformation projects.

Qualification

• Previous exposure to a broad range of sectors and comfort moving between both digital and standard business transformation engagements at pace is essential.
• Ability to process large volumes of information and summarize key findings, alongside strong organizational and project management skills.
• Several years of experience in Strategy/Management Consulting or a similar Project Manager role, preferably in a transformational change environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, ideally complemented with an MBA or comparable certification in business management.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
