Collaborate with senior leadership to define and refine transformation strategies. Ensure that projects align with the organization's long-term goals and overall business strategy.
Lead change management efforts by preparing the organization for new processes and systems. This includes developing communication plans, training programs, and support structures to facilitate smooth transitions.
Prepare and deliver detailed presentations to provide updates on project progress.
Conduct market research and benchmarking activities, leveraging findings for strategic planning.
Act as the bridge between various departments, ensuring effective collaboration and communication. Work closely with key stakeholders to gather input, address concerns, and secure buy-in for transformation projects.
Qualification
Previous exposure to a broad range of sectors and comfort moving between both digital and standard business transformation engagements at pace is essential.
Ability to process large volumes of information and summarize key findings, alongside strong organizational and project management skills.
Several years of experience in Strategy/Management Consulting or a similar Project Manager role, preferably in a transformational change environment.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, ideally complemented with an MBA or comparable certification in business management.
Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
Fluent in Mandarin and English.
