该职位来源于猎聘 At Tag the strategic sourcing team’s role is to design and implement supply chain strategy by consolidating spend into a right-sized vendor base, selected to meet the diverse needs of our clients. We work with our vendor panel to drive and deliver continuous improvement, sustainable cost reduction and innovation for our internal and external clients. Other key considerations for our clients, in addition to value creation, are corporate and social responsibility, sustainability and management of risk and security of supply. This role will assume responsibility for:
Building out the Tag supply chain across print/POSM/GWP/transportation/installation and other related service
Setting and ensuring the delivery of category strategy
Identifying, negotiating and developping existing and potential vendors to achieve competitive in market price of products and service to clients and perspective clients
Managing sourcing activities, ensuring that maximum added value is derived from the sourcing processes and that all savings targets are met or exceeded
Managing the dependencies between sourcing and relevant business areas to ensure effective operations and vendor relationships
Creating and maintaining supplier risk profiles
Monitor and manage supplier overall performance in respondense, quality (QIQD), delivery, service and others, based on feedback from business team
Setting objectives & evaluation performance criteria for vendor panel
Coordination and implementation of business RFP response, goals and objectives
Support business RFPs from strategic sourcing perspective as in data analysis of baseline and savings, effective and efficient MPE (market price enquiry), supplier pannel design and elaborate, TCO (total cost of ownership) proposal, and contribute to sourcing operation solution
Ensuring full governance of suppliers is achieved including supplier audits
Engaging with the supplier landscape to bring innovation and market insight to the business
Required Knowledge & Skills
Proven track record of delivering results and driving cost out of the supply chain
Proven track record of building supplier chain based on business vision and client requirement
Experienced at building and delivering supply chain strategies
Strong ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders: listening, influencing and presenting
Relevant category understanding with ability to provide SME consult across product types (print/packaging/POSM/GWP/Events/transportation/installation and other related service )
Experience with ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management system standards
Experience in colour management
Supply chain governance and vendor auditing experience
Proven track record in leading strategic negotiations
Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
Fluent Mandarin and business English Prior Experience:
Preferred: +8 years relevant industry experience
