Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Program Manager, who will play a key role in driving and managing high-impact strategic initiatives across the organization. This individual will report to the CEO, and work closely with senior leadership to ensure the successful execution of strategic projects and partnerships. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, project management expertise, relentless focus on execution, data analytics, and relationship-building skills to facilitate complex and cross-functional initiatives, while ensuring timely and efficient delivery of results.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Project Management:

  • Lead, manage and deliver key strategic projects
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate resources and team members across functions to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor and report on overall business progress, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution to keep projects on track.
  • Implement processes and methodologies to ensure efficient delivery of strategic projects. Revamp overall business governance (Monthly Business Review, Weekly huddle etc.)

Chief Of Staff

  • Act as a trusted partner to the CEO, assisting in the prioritization and execution of initiatives tied to the company’s strategic direction.
  • Prepare executive presentations, reports, and communications to ensure the CEO is well-informed on the progress of key initiatives.
  • Provide strategic counsel and guidance to the CEO on important decisions, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for the CEO's office, ensuring alignment and efficient communication across internal and external stakeholders.

Partnerships Deals Delivery

  • Lead and deliver partnership deals implementation, ensuring successful outcomes and value realization for the organization.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Partnerships, Product, Legal, and Finance teams to finalize terms and conditions of partnership agreements.
  • Track and measure the performance and impact of partnership initiatives, ensuring mutual benefits are achieved.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with various departments, including growth, commercial, , marketing, sales, product, and finance, to ensure alignment and execution of strategic projects.
  • Drive change management initiatives where necessary to support new strategic directions or partnerships.
  • Support the scaling of operations, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and optimize outcomes.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of hands-on Management Consulting experience (MBB preferred)
  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Social sciences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent Project Management, Communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience with data analysis and insight generation
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Want to get an in-depth understanding and execution experience on how startups are built and scaled.

Preferred Experience

  • A degree from the Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT) OR Indian Institute of Management (IIM) is highly preferred, but not necessary
  • Experience working with AI-native products or technologies is also preferred
