Strategic Program Manager

  • Primary Role: Manage the BU and Country Strategic Management Office, ensuring effective execution of strategic initiatives for PH and BU. Coordinate with Country Manager/BU Lead and Country HR Lead/BU HR Lead.
  • PLC Support: Assist PH Country Manager with Philippine Leadership Council (PLC) activities, including scheduling and running Monthly Leadership Meetings (SINAG), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), Annual Strategic Planning Sessions, and Annual YE Report.
  • External Events: Support Country Manager in attending/managing external events to forge partnerships with local industry, organizations, and government.
  • Client & Visitor Management: Oversee Client and Visitor Management protocols to support Country Manager and other business leaders.
  • Administrative Support: Provide calendar management, logistics, and other administrative support to the Country Manager.
  • Additional Tasks: Undertake projects/initiatives/tasks assigned by Country MD/BU Lead and Country HR/BU HR Lead as needed.
