Role Overview

This role focuses on managing strategic marketing partnerships to drive user growth and brand visibility. Key responsibilities include developing offline marketing strategies, creating co-marketing initiatives, optimizing campaigns via performance analysis, negotiating agreements, and collaborating cross-functionally (onsite, design, PR) for seamless execution.

Job Description

1.Manage and execute strategic marketing partnerships, including logistics and payment providers, to drive user growth and enhance brand presence.

2.Develop and implement offline marketing strategies to boost user acquisition.

3.Create co-marketing opportunities with partners to expand reach and support major events.

4.Generate performance reports for partnership deals and optimize campaigns.

5.Negotiate and finalize agreements with external parties to achieve KPIs.

6.Collaborate with external partners and internal teams (onsite, design, merchandising, PR) for campaign execution.

7.Ensure compliance by coordinating with internal stakeholders (finance, legal).


Qualifications

1.4-5 years of experience in markeitng / payment partnerships.

2.High proficiency in both written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

3.Strong negotiation skills with excellent written and verbal communication.

4.Must be able to work independently and effectively.

5.Candidates should have sound knowledge towards the eCommerce industry.

6.Comfortable juggling multiple tasks; ability to prioritise responsibilities; excellent time management; ability to work under tight deadlines and under pressure.

7.Entrepreneurial spirit, Self-driven, proactive, excellent communication skills, strong project coordination ability, skilled at promoting cross departmental work, and able to take the lead in projects and conversations
