Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 14 years of experience in leading negotiations or business development.
- Experience in acquiring services or driving business development with providers of colocation, dark fiber, capacity, and network services.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in navigating and deriving regulatory, business, and technical environments.
- Knowledge of edge and global carrier networks.
- Ability to build consensus and provide clarity in business and technical environments.

Responsibilities
- Lead negotiators overseeing commercial negotiations and vendor relationships.
- Develop and execute plans for network infrastructure acquisition, ensuring alignment with Google's growth objectives.
- Negotiate agreements for managed optical services, dark fiber, space, and submarine cable infrastructure.
- Cultivate partnerships with government and regulatory bodies to advance Google's network infrastructure goals.
- Present recommendations and updates to Google leadership.
