About This Role:
This role will support the new SK AI initiative (SK Group level) established to identify and create new business opportunities in the rapidly evolving AI data center market. SK AI seeks to leverage the broad range of capabilities and products, and the collective scale of SK Group portfolio companies to address the top critical challenges in AI infrastructure.
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, results-driven manager-level candidate for our AI Infrastructure Solutions team. As a vital member of the team, this individual will play a key role in developing and managing strategic partnerships that can drive significant value for SK AI and its new business efforts. This includes identifying and evaluating potential partners, developing compelling partnership proposals, negotiating favorable terms, and managing ongoing relationships to ensure mutual success. Key skills for success include the ability to establish and manage network of industry contacts and collaboration partners, prioritize effectively, synthesize market insights, and foster cross-functional alignment.
Responsibilities:
* Partnership Development: Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships and relationships in the data center ecosystem to unlock new business opportunities for SK AI.
* Program Management: Lead projects and initiatives with partners, and ensuring execution against milestones and outcomes.
* Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscapes to shape the partnership roadmap and identify new opportunities that expand market reach and growth.
* Communications: Provide regular updates to leadership on the status of partnership initiatives and opportunities.
* Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with internal teams and leaders to ensure alignment of strategy and seamless execution/coordination
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics).
* 6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, investment banking, or client-facing roles in the technology industry.
* Experience managing partnerships and agreements - discuss and structure contracts, interpret legal documents, and close agreements.
* Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, start-up like environment where an entrepreneurial mindset, persistent execution, and ability to form relationships will drive your success.
* Experience working with senior executives and cross-functionally with different teams and functions.
* Ability to formulate and articulate business and technical points with partners as well as internal teams.
* Effective communication (written & verbal) and influencing skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* MBA or advanced technical degree.
* Working experience in an industry related to the data center ecosystem, with general knowledge of the data center industry (both business & technical perspectives) and AI data center value chain.
* Experience with new business creation and technology commercialization.
* General understanding of AI trends and implications to the evolution of data center ecosystem.

Compensation:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. Pay within the provided range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related skills and experience.
