As a Strategic Partner Manager ES, you will work in our Operations team. As part of this role, you will:

  • Develop the strategic vision for Hive’s operational partner portfolio in the Spanish market
  • Negotiate delivery, freight, and fulfilment partner contracts to ensure low costs along with a high service level
  • Utilize and monitor partner performance data to fuel negotiations and identify efficiency improvements
  • Ensure operational smoothness with delivery and freight partners
  • Establish long-term relationships with Hive’s selected operations partners and conduct business reviews
  • Become a sparring partner for the Spanish Growth team to build a partner portfolio that meets the needs of local e-commerce brands

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with:

  • 2+ years of experience in a high-growth startup, consulting, account management, or strategic role
  • A strong business acumen and analytical skillset
  • Willingness and drive to go above and beyond
  • Ability to work with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mentality and a strong sense of ownership
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with executive-level stakeholders
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
