Strategic Operations Manager / Director

Cross-Functional Growth Leader | High-Impact Role

We’re seeking a high-potential leader to join our Strategic Operations team in a role designed to fast-track talent into broader leadership opportunities. Ideal for someone with a background in management consulting, private equity, or corporate strategy, this position offers a rare blend of strategic problem-solving, hands-on operational execution, and direct exposure to executive leadership.

This is not a back-office strategy role—it’s immersive and highly cross-functional. You’ll collaborate directly with regional leaders, the C-suite (including our CEO, COO, and Head of Growth) to launch and lead critical initiatives across our growing national footprint. You’ll work at both the 30,000-foot and in-the-weeds level, with direct accountability for driving measurable improvements in revenue, profitability, and operational performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Performance on the Ground: Partner with local managers to implement high-impact operational improvements, optimize revenue levers, and streamline cost structures.
  • Operationalize Strategy: Translate executive priorities into actionable plans, ensuring buy-in and execution at the facility level. You will be leveraging financial, operational, and market data to inform business decisions, prioritize initiatives, and influence company-wide strategy.
  • Develop and Deploy KPIs: Define success metrics, build dashboards, and coach frontline leaders to adopt a performance-driven culture.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Projects: Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Clinical Ops to roll out new initiatives, pilot programs, and technology solutions.
  • Build Best Practices: Conduct facility assessments, identify bottlenecks, and implement scalable playbooks to enhance performance system-wide.
  • Be a Culture Carrier: Foster a collaborative, outcomes-focused environment where teams are aligned around shared goals and continuous improvement.
  • Own the Regional P&L: Be accountable for financial performance across your assigned geography, ensuring revenue targets and cost efficiencies are met or exceeded.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–7 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a high-growth operational role
  • Proven ability to translate data into action and drive change in complex environments
  • Strong financial acumen and comfort with Excel modeling and PowerPoint storytelling
  • High EQ and ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders, from clinic staff to senior executives
  • Bias toward action, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and operate in ambiguity
  • MBA preferred, but not required for exceptional candidates

Why Join Us

This is a launchpad role for future senior leadership—designed to give you exposure, responsibility, and a steep learning curve in a fast-growing, PE-backed environment. You’ll help shape the next phase of our growth story while building a deep, hands-on understanding of how to run and scale a multi-site business.
