What You'll Do
As a Strategic Development Manager – Global Practice Areas, you will play a key role in supporting and driving strategic initiatives across BCG’s Global Industry and Functional Practice Areas (PAs). Reporting to the Strategic Development Senior Manager – Global Practice Areas, you will contribute to enhancing PA performance, supporting initiatives on integrating & simplifying offer and Go-To-Market (GTM) cost capabilities, and ensuring alignment of investment strategies with organizational objectives.
In this role, you will support manage critical strategic projects, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and support cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency and business impact.

You will report to the Strategic Development Senior Manager – Global Practice Areas and work closely with BCG’s Strategic Development Leadership Team. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with Functional and Industry teams, finance, and regional teams to support drive initiatives and align on firmwide priorities.
