Job ID:42268 Location:[[location_obj]] Position Category:Engineering Position Type:Contractor Fixed Term Strategic Coordinator * Review of HHI documentation for equipment punch (count/ severity) and NCR, trends and concerns to be communicated to the QE's. * Update of Power BI for equipment punches. * Ensure LR-Fire up to date with reporting from inspectors. * Deploy monitoring of leading indicators for As-Built, Dispatch Dossiers and HAER (Hazardous Area Equipment Registers). * Review of HHI Monitor points, reconcile with HHI IVR and inform QE's. * Publish weekly and monthly dashboards Power BI, LR-Fire and inform the PM. * Desk audit of inspection reports, content/ hours and mileage. * Lead improvement plans PDCA for key AOC (Areas of Concern). * Deploy SPC (Statistical Process Control) for confidence of equipment quality. * Review HHI E&I inspection plan and results, inform QE's. * Review HHI VC (Vendor Completion Plan) and results, inform QE's. * Audit the LRQA PEP Quarterly and report to the PM. * Consolidate and review expediting reports for valves and assist QE's with optimization of Monitor points.
