Job Purpose

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within assigned key accounts in the low voltage and electrical sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Required Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic account management, preferably in the low voltage or electrical industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and developing new business.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and negotiating contracts.
  • Strong understanding of the low voltage and electrical industry.

Required Skills And Abilities

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
