Summary

Position: Parts Straightener Hours: Monday – Saturday, 7:30-4:00 pm Reports to: Inspection Supervisor Family-owned commercial heat treater looking for individual to inspect and straighten parts. We seek a reliable employee who wants to learn and grow with a stable company. Our ideal candidate has prior experience in a factory, industrial, or machining environment, a sense of urgency combined with a want for perfection, a consistent work history, and positive work ethic. Job summary: Conduct quality checks on heat treated materials. Use of a dial gage to check parts. If parts need adjusted, use a manual lever on machine to straighten parts. Euclid Heat Treating emphasizes proper hygiene, sanitation, and distancing practices in compliance with the Ohio Department of Health and Center for Disease Control recommendations. For this reason, workstations have been separated, so ability to work independently is important. Essential requirements of this job include: Experience with a dial gauge or similar instrument Attention to detail Desire to learn and advance, willingness to be trained Full use of arm strength and range of motion for pushing and pulling Ability to lift 25+ lbs.
