Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory of event materials, furniture, and technical equipment.
  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials.
  • Issue supplies and materials based on project or team needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and inventory reports.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and security of items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store/warehouse.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damages.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in storekeeping or warehouse management (experience in the event industry is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel or inventory software).
  • Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving heavy items.
  • Reliable, honest, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Forklift license or knowledge of warehouse equipment handling.
  • Familiarity with event-related materials (trusses, lighting, décor, etc.).
