Summary

Job Description:

  • Store Sales Performance:
  • Lead team to achieve the sales performance target set by the company;
  • Maintain customer relationships and ensure that the team provides high-quality customer service;
  • Handle conflicts properly in cases of customer complaints, customer service and after-sales services;
  • Store Image
  • Master product knowledge;
  • Ensure visual merchandise in the store strictly comply with company requirements and standards;
  • Store Operation:
  • Supervise the inventory and replenishment the products;
  • Responsible for store product loss management;
  • Responsible for the maintenance of various equipment in the store;
  • Supervise the stock and other administrative matters;
  • Team Management:
  • Responsible for team management, motivate and lead the team to perform beyond expectations;
  • Responsible for rota arrangements, daily sales target and vacation/leave arrangements as required;
  • Responsible for staff training.


Requirements:

  • 5-10 years in retail stores of retail fashion brands, including at least 3 years as store manager;
  • Strong understanding and communication ability; English is preferred;
  • Rich experience in team management, customer management, products management, etc.
  • Strong team leadership, excellent communication skills and teamwork skills;
  • Able to withstand a certain degree of work intensity and work pressure;
  • Be willing to grow with the brand and high acceptance of inter-store transfer arrangement is preferred;
  • Strong interest and passion for fashion brands.
