STORE MANAGER - TORONTO OUTLET

LUXURY LEATHERGOODS, ACCESSORIES & APPAREL

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading a team within a busy outlet environment, managing all front of house tasks and back of house operations.
• Inspire and motivate your team fostering ownership and accountability.
• KPI's, CRM, Boutique operations, Reporting daily, weekly, monthly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of Management/Floor Management/Concession Manager / Store Manager experience with a Luxury or Premium brand.
• Demonstrated experience in managing a high volume turnover location within fashion/leather goods/accessories, with a large team as well as managing a high level of client experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in retail management, including P&L management, staff supervision, scheduling, training, merchandising, inventory control, shrink management, HR & Appraisals, CRM, and payroll administration.

Offering:

• Salary $90,000 CAD - $105,000 CAD depending on experience.
