We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to join the team at our MR MARVIS store in Rotterdam, who is available fulltime, including a weekend day. As a store manager, you confidently share and embody our brand story with your team and customers. Store managers are responsible for achieving the commercial targets of the shop and are excited to coach and motivate the shop team.

What’s on a typical Store Manager’s to-do list:

• Inspiring your team and customers with MR MARIVS’ values and carrying out the brand story as an ambassador;
• Maintaining the overall look and feel of the store, both inside and out;
• Organising events taking place in the shop;
• Managing, coaching and motivating the shop team;
• Being responsible for achieving the shop’s commercial targets;
• Playing an active role in improving KPIs;
• Hiring new style advisors and conducting job interviews;
• Taking ownership of stock management and day-to-day administrative tasks.

Who you are

• At least 1 year of experience (preferably in retail) is a requirement for this position;
• Enthusiastic and passionate about the MR MARVIS brand;
• In possession of a strong personality, flexible and representative;
• You have the ability to co-lead, motivate, train, monitor and develop a team through active management;
• Customer- and service-oriented;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch languages;
• You are tech savvy and can work a laptop;
• You have experience with KPIs and will make every effort to analyse and improve them at a high level;
• Available 40h per week, and don't mind working weekends;
