Due to their recent newly launched organic Brand in the market, they are currently seeking qualified enthusiastic individuals with an attitude to delivery and a passion for beauty/skincare to join the team.

Position: Store Manager – Full Time

Location: Bandar Utama

Job Responsibilities

• Introduce and effectively promote all boutique activities (marketing plans, loyalty scheme, events, workshops, promotions) to new & existing clients.
• Communicate with Assistant Manager - Sales & Operations to build sales and teamwork.
• Responsible to bank-in sales collection accurately and submit sales report timely.
• Arrange manpower schedule to maximize sales opportunities effectively following rules and regulations.
• Conduct staff evaluation twice a year to guide for better performance
  
  

Responsible to minimize stock loss and maximize boutique’s security.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma Holder or equivalent
• Minimum 3-4 years in superior level or any retail field
• Excellent communication skills with a pleasant disposition.
• With strong sense of responsibility & pro-activity.
• Open Gender & Open Race (Malaysian ONLY)
• MUST be able to communicate in Mandarin or Cantonese
• Able to speak in English & Bahasa
  
  

Remuneration Package

• Basic RM 3,500.00 – RM 4,500.00
• Grooming Allowance RM 100.00
• 15% Employer EPF Contribution
• Product Claim (RM 4,800.00/annum)
• Staff Purchase - 50%
• Commission Average (RM 1,500.00 – RM 3,500.00/month)
• 6 days’ off/ month, 5-6 days/week
• 16 days annual leave
• 7.5 hours work and 1 hour break/day
