Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Norwich, CT. The Store Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with store management, including ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, effective communication, store management, and retail loss prevention.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills
• Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention skills
• Experience in retail management or related field
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus)
