Summary

A leading American modern lifestyle and lingerie, is looking for a Store Team Leader to support the growth and development of our store in Den Haag. We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and ambitious talent to strengthen our teams. Job role The Store Team Leader has ultimate responsibility for the daily operations of the store. The Store Team Leader is accountable for effectively teaching, training and coaching store management into a high performing leadership team that achieves sales goals, meets merchandising brand standards and delivers operational excellence. The Store Team Leader is expected to role model of the brand's values and Customer First behaviors in all actions and interactions in order to create a positive Customer First experience. Responsibilities: Act as the leader on duty and motivate/inspire the team by delivering a compelling vision and purpose, which encompasses the brand's Core values and.the brand customer service standards. Proactively seek personal learning and development opportunities to build leadership skills set and enhance individual Recruit, hire, develop and retain a high performing management and associate Develop succession plans and lead the annual review process to ensure career paths for all associates; encourage associates to pursue internal Manage all compensation decisions in partnership with the District Team Drive employee engagement by recognizing and rewarding employees for outstanding Recognize and properly resolve customer and performance issues; communicate high priority issues to the District Team Leader in a timely manner and collaborate to develop a plan for resolution to minimize Build customer loyalty through in-store experience, utilization of social media and email Have a drive for results by creating and managing the execution of the store business plan to drives KPI results and maximizes business You also analyze reporting and daily sales trends to make real-time strategic business decisions to drive results. Maintain Visual and operational company brand standards of neat, clean and organized sales floor, cash wrap and fitting room ensuring store environment is safe for employees and Ensure store audit compliance and shrink results meet company loss prevention Requirements: Minimum MBO-4 education or Minimum of 3 years of retail or equivalent management experience. Strong prioritizing, interpersonal, problem solving & planning Strong communication, presentation, delegation and follow-up Proficiency in training, coaching, sales generation, analyzing business trends and leading of functional The ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment and to to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights and Computer and technology (Microsoft Office) Conditions: Will work in an amazing, vibrant and highly motivated team.
