Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations and team performance.
• Deliver an exceptional in-store shopping experience.
• Monitor sales targets and execute visual merchandising.
• Handle customer escalations and feedback professionally.
• Work closely with warehouse and operations teams for stock coordination.

Ideal Candidate:

• Has 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in fashion or footwear.
• Confident leader with a people-first attitude.
• Passionate about retail, customer service, and brand building.
• Fluent in Tamil and basic English communication.
