Exp: 1+ in Store Operations , Handling KPI ( Average Bill Value , Ticket Value, Shrinkage Control , Sales , Revenue, Footfall)

Location: Delhi / Gurgaon / Noida / Chandigarh

Requirements:-

Manage a store within the policies and guidelines of the company to ensure customer satisfaction and turnover maximization

Total operational and financial responsibility for the assigned store

Ensure maintenance of company Prosperity Card; permanent prosperity card; performance review card; Daily mirror and Individual prosperity card for sales promoters.

Ensure Stock standard across stores are maintained (Totally and across categories) within the approved level.

Achieve overall stock turn in pairs value as per company norm

Ensure store display as per company visual display guidelines

Ensure Theme of Month is implemented in store

Proper display area (zone; corner; panel) for special Promotions discounted stock in store.
