You Will Have The Skills To Deliver The Following
- Drive success in your team through ongoing training, mentoring together with providing ongoing feedback whilst working closely with your Regional Manager to build a highly effective team
- Create an empowering team environment to deliver outstanding results
- Provide an exceptional customer experience and build a loyal customer network
- Initiate and implement strategies to achieve KPI's and maintain a profitable business
- Provide a supportive and engaging environment for the team
What We Ask You To Bring To The Role
- Strong leadership and management skills including previous experience managing a team (minimum 3 years)
- Proven ability to engage and motivate your team to achieve KPIs
- A passion for retail and providing superior customer experiences
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- An abundance of energy, positivity, and an ability to build great team dynamics
- Experience in recruitment and developing your team
- Ability to work a Tuesday to Saturday roster
