Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Brisbane, QLD. The Store Manager will oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, handling customer inquiries, maintaining store inventory, ensuring retail loss prevention, and upholding company standards. The Store Manager will also be responsible for driving sales and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Previous experience in the retail or food service industry is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus
