As Store Manager, you will embody this vision, driving performance, cultivating talent, and ensuring every touchpoint reflects the prestige of our name. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of style consultants to exceed client expectations
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and excellent service
• Ensure the store reflects our luxury brand image through flawless visual presentation
• Oversee daily store operations and inventory management
• Organize and oversee the cash register operations
• Create and coordinate the weekly work schedule for sales staff
• Analyze sales data and implement strategies to exceed targets

Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years’ experience managing a premium or luxury womens’ clothing store.
• Sophisticated interpersonal and leadership skills
• Deep understanding of the luxury client experience
• Strong styling skills with a keen eye for fashion trends and the ability to translate them into personalized client looks
• Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
• Results-oriented with strong analytical and operational acumen
• Strong ERP and Microsoft Excel skills
• English fluency
