Objectives Of This Role

Create a clean and safe store environment that complies with health and safety regulations and company standards.

Job Description: -

• Manage Inventory Requisition, Purchase Orders Receipts, Materials Received Register (MRR), Storage, Dispatch, and Inventory Control.
• Preparation of ERP through Material Management Software.
• Executing all the Day-to-Day Stores Function as per the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
• Maintain all store reports in Manual as well as in ERP Software.
• Maintain store stock register & assets stock register.
• Prepare monthly store reconciliation statement.
• Maintaining Minimum Stock level of all consumables.
• Maintaining the proper Method of stock issue maintaining the various levels of stock.
• Review of Store function (DPR/ERP feeding Status) of sites on daily basis.
• Overall responsibility for all Stores, Dispatch Purchase functions.
  
  

Roles & Responsibilities: -

• Maintains all records of materials in-out
• Should have knowledge of ERP
• Should have knowledge of Electrical, Pneumatic and Mechanicals part.
• Technical Background is must of Automation Industry.
• Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
• Developing and arranging promotional material and in-store displays
• Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items.
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
• Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should be handle Material packaging, labelling & dispatching etc.
• ERP Entries, ie. GRN, Op Stock
• Every end of the months gives the Available stock statement to the management.
• Educational Qualifications: Any Graduate or BE Mechanical (Mandatory)
• Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years
