Summary

Job’s Purpose

As a Store Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the compliance of our retail stores with established policies, procedures, and operational standards. You will be responsible for conducting regular audits, analyzing data, and providing valuable insights to improve store efficiency and performance.


What you will focus on

  • Conduct audit testing of store business processes, store, Ecommerce and DC risks and controls in compliance with the Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing
  • Interact with the related stakeholders on the different store / DC audit results
  • Document and communicate store compliance to policies, regulations, procedures, and good business practices audit work and ascertains whether significant risks have been adequately and effectively mitigated
  • Regularly interact and communicate with Operation management in presenting audit results
  • Perform regular and ad-hoc analyses and reports on audited topics
  • Effectively communicate with the Store Audit Team Lead in face-to-face meetings and through well-written reports of fact- based conclusions and recommendations to address process inefficiencies, control deficiencies, or to better manage risks and improve operational effectiveness
  • Assist the Store Audit Team Lead with the development of department guidelines, store audit programs in an advisory capacity to continuously improve the departmental methodology.
  • Be a subject matter expert in one of the core audit areas, sharing knowledge and expertise with the store audit community. Communicate accordingly with related (senior) management for improvement areas in terms of risk management and implementation of controls.
  • Travel expectation: the position is itinerant and requires frequent travel within Greece


What you have

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the stores or operational audits. Expertise in retail grocery-oriented business processes
  • 3 to 4 years minimum in a Retail Operations function (Store Management, Retail Support or Quality)
  • Fluency in English language, both written & spoken
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office. Knowledge around Data analytics or interpreting data is considered as a plus
