Demonstrate product knowledge through engaging product demos to inform and educate customers. Utilize effective selling techniques to meet and exceed sales goals, including upselling related products. Operate cash registers efficiently, handling cash transactions, processing payments, and maintaining accurate cash handling procedures. Assist in stocking shelves and organizing merchandise to ensure the store is well-presented and fully stocked. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that all areas are tidy and welcoming for customers. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Skills Proven ability to sell products effectively while maintaining a focus on customer service. Strong communication skills to interact positively with customers and colleagues. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Experience with cash registers or point-of-sale systems is preferred. Ability to perform product demos confidently to engage customers effectively. Knowledge of retail sales techniques, including upselling strategies, is a plus.
