Auto Export Service, a reputable automotive company, is currently seeking a dedicated Stock Assistant to support our inventory management operations. As a Stock Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining organized stockrooms and ensuring the efficient flow of goods within our facility. Responsibilities: Receive incoming stock and inspect it for damages or defects Unload, unpack, and sort stock items in designated storage areas Label and mark inventory items accurately for easy identification Update stock records and maintain inventory databases Perform regular stock counts and assist in inventory reconciliation Keep stockrooms clean, organized, and free from safety hazards Assist in preparing orders for shipment or delivery Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate stock movement Monitor stock levels and notify supervisors of low stock or overstock situations Handle stock returns and manage the disposal of damaged or expired items Comply with safety protocols and company policies at all times Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in stock handling, warehousing, or related field is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management Physical ability to lift and move heavy items as required Excellent organizational and time-management skills Basic computer skills for data entry and stock tracking Team player with good communication and interpersonal abilities Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $2,014.00 per month Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Parental leave Vision insurance Shift: Day shift Morning shift Weekly day range: Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
