We are seeking a passionate and innovative STEM Instructor to lead hands-on learning experiences in robotics, coding, electronics, and creative STEM projects for students aged 1018. You will design and deliver engaging lessons, guide students through problem-solving activities, and inspire them to explore real-world applications of science and technology.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Conduct interactive and age-appropriate sessions on robotics, coding, electronics, and applied STEM concepts.

2. Design and implement project-based learning modules using tools like Arduino, Raspberry Pi, LEGO kits, and 3D printing.

3. Introduce students to coding using platforms like Scratch, Blockly, Python, and Java, depending on age and skill level.

4. Develop lesson plans, activities, and assessments in alignment with curriculum goals.

5. Set up and maintain lab/workshop equipment and ensure safety protocols.

6. Inspire students to participate in STEM challenges, hackathons, innovation fairs, and coding competitions.

7. Stay updated with emerging tech trends and tools in education and integrate them into classroom practices.

8. Track student progress and provide regular feedback to learners and parents.

9. Collaborate with fellow educators and the content team for continuous improvement in learning delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Bachelors or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, Computer Applications, or Education with a focus on STEM.

2. 1–5 years of experience teaching STEM subjects or working in a robotics/coding education environment.

3. Strong classroom presence and ability to engage students through inquiry-based and experiential learning.

4. Prior experience with educational tools like Micro:bit, Arduino, Tinkercad, MIT App Inventor is a plus.

5. Passionate about shaping young minds and nurturing innovation, logical reasoning, and a love for technology.
