  • Keep our equipment in top shape—oversee maintenance and respond to technician needs quickly.
  • Train, mentor, and support your team to ensure high performance and strong morale.
  • Track performance metrics and maintain clear, accurate reports.
  • Ensure safety standards and company policies are always met.
  • Communicate confidently in English and Korean with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
  • Leadership experience in retail, logistics, transportation, or operations.
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail.
  • Solid math skills for inventory tracking and reporting.
