About DTMB:  The Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB) supports the business operations of state agencies through a variety of services, including building management and maintenance, information technology, centralized contracting and procurement, budget and financial management, space planning and leasing, construction management, motor vehicle fleet operations, and oversight of the state retirement systems.  About the position:  This State Assistant Administrator (SAA) serves as a program and IT governance liaison to the eMichigan Director for the Department of Technology, Management & Budget (DTMB). This position specializes in overseeing the establishment and administration of the eMichigan program of contracts, acquisitions, vendor services, and other IT Services provided by eMichigan in support of all executive branch agencies. This individual oversees IT projects for eMichigan through financial processes within DTMB and supported agencies, overseeing specifications regarding systems development, infrastructure needs, and vendor services. This individual ensures RFPs, Statements of work, and other related documentation for IT services are compliant for DTMB and ensures the appropriate documentation meets our technical experts needs. Additionally, this role conducts research and leads special projects and sensitive assignments for the eMichigan Director and serves as a surrogate to the eMichigan Director.  View the Position Description here:  State Assistant Administrator 15 Position Location:  This position is located in Lansing, MI.  Candidates should confirm work location and schedule at the time of interview.
